The Creative Process comes full circle

Low Light...May 7th

R wrote -   Cool and rainy, so today's photo was taken in the low light of our old barn. Fringe scarf bamboo yarns with "Low Light" necklace.

In answer to the question you asked yesterday ie Do we need appreciation of others reflected back to us before we can acknowledge our achievements?
Recognition and appreciation of what we create, makes all the work worthwhile. I enjoy selling my work, knowing that someone else likes what I do and others will see it. It definitely motivates me to make more and the more I make, the more creative I become. It goes full circle.
Clara - Lovely answer - perhaps describing the importance of our connections with others, as well as the creative process.

ps - what are the  bamboo yarns you used in this lovely scarf? Very flattering to older and younger women alike especially when matched with the neckpiece.

  1. The bamboo yarns are made from the bamboo plant. The fibers are broken down into cellulose and spun into silky strands. It is a very soft, lustrous yarn that lends itself well to drapey garments like shawls and scarves. It was the perfect choice for my wrapture collection. I love starting with strands of beads and yarns and creating pieces to wear together.
